been in hiding. but i am out of the cave.
training kicking off well but no competitions in sight. a few PR's recently....805 rack pull, 585x2 squats, 300lb stone to 50".
i am working a strange schedule 5 on 5 off 2 on 2 off...makes for lot of rest and some intense training.
gives me the chance to train events every other week which is a plus. my off days i am rotating cardio:
low intensity bike or hiit kettlebell swings.
