Back to the iron...




Split press  95x5 135x3 155 185---pr  135x5
Seated press on smith machine  135x5, 185x3, 205x3 5 sets
Wide Grip upright rows on smith  205x5 6 sets
Dumbbell side raise 40,30,20,10 8 reps each

Reverse grip incline 295 5 singles
Pushdowns 80x15 6 sets
Rolling extension 30x5 5 sets

That's it. Trying to get used to my new schedule. Going to use my days off from work as heavy gym days. Will have to hit the gym 1-2 more days but keep it easy and light. Looking like I will be going when the gym opens at 5 am....
