I have to set some for these upcoming competitions. Without the goals I have no focus or enthusiasm for training, could explain a lot lately.

log medley 220/250/275....do all 3 presses
conans wheel 525...1 full rotation
yoke/keg carry 650/270...finish in time
farmers 260??....finish in time
stones...4 on platform
