so i moved...my commute to work has been cut 2/3's. i can actually get an extra hour of sleep and stay up to watch hockey....GO HAWKS!!
i used a free month membership at a local gym. place isn't bad. it has character. place is like a meat locker though. which is good because i sweat like a pig. training this week went well. started with shoulders and ended with posterior chain work. let me tell ya deadlifts off a 3" block are painful. my goal would be to get 500 that way.
now to work so i can buy some furniture....
