lockouts 225, 245, 275
press 215, 185, 155, 135, 115, 95 6 reps each
dumbbell side raise 15x15 5 sets
reverse grip press 225x5, 275, 315, 335
pushdowns 50x15 6 sets
felt like total poo. no energy or enthusiasm for this.
It'll all come back to you. Keep plugging through.
