hack squats 270x8 5 sets
hack lunges 90x8 5 sets----oh brutal! a must try!!
single leg extension 100x10 2 sets drops 87.5, 75, 62.5, 50, 37.5, 25 8-10 reps
standing calf raises 200x10 5 sets
seated calf raises 90x25
