battle ready




yep better be ready today...

went in early and did bench. had to get home for da bears game!

close grip bench 225x3 265x3 295x3 +3---messed up my first rep and re-racked.

iso row 1 arm 100x10 5 sets

iso wide press 100x10 5 sets

face pulls 70x10 5 sets

dips  bdywt x10 2 sets


now it is time for some football!
