the toughest thing to do is throw the ego to the ground and choke it out. after a PR day yesterday i started a deload week today. i know my body needs the rest and my CNS needs the break. these next 6 days will try my patience.
close grip press---bar, 115, 135, 155, 185 5 reps each. 205 5 sets 5 reps.
tate press---40lbs 8 reps 6 sets
pushdowns---30lbs 20 reps 8 sets
1 arm rope extensions--- 20lbs 50 reps each arm
elliptical---20 minutes interval
i weighed in at 252 but that was fully clothed without shoes. cleaning up the diet and going to add extra cardio after this week.
