went in the gym after work today and was not sure waht to do so i brutalized my grip....
wrist curls..underhand and overhand 135,185, 205, 255 5 reps
overhand 275 5 reps
under and over 205x10, 135x 15
twist yo wrist 50x4 3sets
herc holds 250 each hand 35 seconds, 25 seconds
hang cleans 135x5 3 sets
hammer curls 75x5 85x4 95x3 105x1
