Gunny Highway says...





had to take a page from Gunny Highway's book....adapt, improvise, and overcome
couple young kids were doing rows in the rack so i setup on the smith and did seated presses.

275 for 5 singles. chin to lockout. rested 3 minutes between

they got done and i went to the rack for push press

205x2 5sets 2 minute rest on most sets. really felt these.

back to the smith for more seated press

115x10 8sets. 30 seconds rest...these were ass kickers but i did it!

and finally...dumbbell raises 20lbers 30 reps.


went to the store and got a pizza, coke, and bag of sweet hawaiian onion krunchers
